Job Description

As an AI Product Designer, you will be the creative force transforming user stories and strategic insights into compelling, user-centric AI interfaces. Your role is crucial in shaping products that are not only functional but also resonate deeply with users, setting them apart in a competitive market.

Translate strategic insights from the Radical AI team into innovative design concepts that lead the AI industry.
Conduct thorough user research to inform design decisions and ensure our AI interfaces are intuitive and user-friendly.
Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and to facilitate a smooth handoff from concept to development.
Lead user testing sessions to gather feedback, iterate on design solutions, and refine user experience to perfection.

Role requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

Open to both university students and recent graduates.
Should be comfortable working in a digital-first, remote environment with reliable internet access.
