Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Pre-Sales Manager to join our team. The Pre-Sales Manager will be responsible for responding to technical Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring the delivery of compelling and technically accurate proposals. This role requires a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or a related field. Proven track record of managing and responding to technical RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Role & Responsibilities
RFP Response Management:
- Analyze and respond to technical RFPs, RFIs (Requests for Information), and RFQs (Requests for Quotations) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to gather the necessary information for proposals.
Technical Writing and Documentation:
- Write, edit, and proofread technical proposals, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with RFP requirements.
- Develop and maintain a repository of standard proposal templates, technical content, and reusable assets.
Solution Design and Presentation:
- Design and propose technical solutions that meet client requirements and align with Radiant Solutions Ltd. capabilities.
- Create and deliver engaging technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Participate in client meetings and discussions to address technical questions and concerns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to stay updated on product capabilities and enhancements.
- Liaise with project management and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with delivery capabilities.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to inform proposal strategies.
- Provide feedback to product development teams on market demands and client requirements.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve the RFP response process and implement best practices.
Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the RFP response process.
Skills
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
- In-depth understanding of the Radiant products and services, as well as the industry landscape.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple RFPs simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and proposal management tools.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales efforts.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering / Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
Certifications
- Relevant certifications such as APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) are desirable.
