Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & marketing of Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels & process skids Co-ordinate for technical and Commercial negotiation with Customer Review of costing for the enquiries & calculate final selling price for the customer. Cultivate business relations with key customers in India and Overseas Evaluation of Tenders & Bidding documents Proficiency in making contract review.
Visits & Interaction with target customers for generation of new enquiries.
1. Follow-up with customer for order conversion
2. Interaction with customer to ensure timely payments against milestones
3. Close interaction with Proposal team to ensure timely offer submissions
4. Interaction with internal departments for resolution of queries from customer
5. Handling customer complaints with RCA, CA & PA
6. Maintaining ISO documentation & records
7. MIS Reporting
8. Handling registration with new customers
9. Presentation to customers for the products and services provided
10. Present and participate in seminars, conferences and exhibitions to enhance
