Radiansys is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in AI, automation, and software development. We are looking for a skilled Automation Developer with Cypress experience who can join our team immediately and contribute to our automation framework.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Cypress.
• Work on end-to-end automation for web applications, ensuring high-quality software releases.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to identify test cases and improve automation coverage.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automated test scripts for performance and scalability.
• Work with other automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or WebDriverIO as needed.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to automation best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of Cypress for web automation testing.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for writing automation scripts.
• Familiarity with other automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or WebDriverIO (Good to have) .
• Experience in test case design, execution, and reporting.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to debug test failures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in agile teams.
