Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager / Software Sales
Executive with strong expertise in lead generation, Upwork bidding, sales pipeline
management, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have excellent English
communication skills and a strong understanding of IT sales.


Key Responsibilities:


Upwork Bidding & Online Sales:

  • Identify and bid on high-value projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms.
  • Craft compelling proposals, cover letters, and responses to attract and convert leads.
  • Manage Upwork accounts efficiently, ensuring high response rates and winning projects consistently.

Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Management:


  • Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for software development services.
  • Qualify leads, follow up with prospects, and nurture relationships to convert them into long-term clients.

Client Engagement & Communication:

  • Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and proposal discussions with clients.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies based on client requirements and project needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients to ensure a smooth sales cycle.

Market Research & Strategy Development:

  • Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.
  • Identify new business opportunities and suggest improvements to sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create sales campaigns and promotional strategies.

Technical Knowledge & Business Consulting:

  • Have a good understanding of mobile & web technologies, full-stack development, and cloud solutions.
  • Explain technical solutions to non-technical clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Stay updated on emerging IT trends and market demands to align sales strategies accordingly.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with the technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure project success.
  • Maintain an updated CRM system to track leads, sales progress, and client interactions.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue growth.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, IT sales, or business development in a software services company
Sales & Marketing: Expertise in lead generation, sales funnel management, cold outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
English Communication: Fluent spoken and written English with strong proposal-writing skills.
CRM & Sales Tools: Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for managing leads and conversions.
International Sales Experience: Selling IT services to clients in the US, UK, Europe, and other global markets.
Negotiation & Relationship Management: Strong ability to convert leads, negotiate deals, and
