Role Title : Flutter Developer.

Job Description :

- Hands-on experience in Flutter Getx Framework.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure smooth user experiences.

- Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends and technologies.

- Should be thorough with Reusability of Widgets and Logics.

- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to improve app quality.

- Hands on experience on IOS Android deployment, Scrum, Agile and local DB.

- Ability to handle the Junior Developer, managing sprints and attending all standups meetings.

- Coordinating will clients for gathering requirements, offering technical consultation, and leading presentation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

- Leverage the Flutter framework effectively, including widgets, layouts, animations, and state management.

- Proficient in using the GetX framework for state management and dependency injection.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.

- Ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience across all platforms.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Flutter, Dart, and related technologies.

- Continuously learn and implement new features and best practices.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and participate in peer programming.

- Debug and troubleshoot issues effectively to ensure application stability.

- Handle the deployment process for both iOS and Android platforms.

- Conduct thorough testing of applications on various devices and platforms.

- Guide and mentor junior developers.

- Manage sprints and participate actively in Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

- Attend and contribute to daily stand-up meetings.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, QA).

- Gather requirements from clients and translate them into technical specifications.

- Provide technical consultation and guidance to clients. Lead presentations and effectively communicate technical concepts to clients.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart Experience with GetX framework Solid understanding of UI/UX principles

- Experience with iOS and Android deployment Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum)

- Experience with version control systems (Git)
