Flutter Developer - iOS & Android Platform (4-6 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our team in Bengaluru.

You will be responsible for building and shipping robust, cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter framework.

This role requires a strong understanding of Dart, experience with mobile app development and deployment, and a collaborative mindset.

Job Description :

As a Flutter Developer, you will :

- Build and ship robust applications to Android and iOS devices using a single codebase with Flutter.

- Write readable, well-documented, and efficient Dart code that is easy to understand, maintain, and upgrade.

- Actively share feedback, brainstorm ideas, and collaborate with other team members (designers, product managers, backend developers) to improve the development process and create innovative solutions.

- Possess a solid understanding of design principles and best practices for developing user-friendly and intuitive applications.

- Keep abreast of the latest Flutter releases, Dart language updates, and mobile development trends to ensure our apps utilize the most current technologies.

- Have experience in the full mobile app development lifecycle, including deploying applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of mobile app development concepts, best practices, and challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications.

- Implement UI/UX designs and ensure a consistent user experience across platforms.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Utilize state management solutions (e.g , Provider, BLoC, Riverpod) effectively.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and application stability.

- Collaborate with designers to refine UI/UX and ensure a polished user experience.

- Work with backend developers to integrate with server-side systems.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring application performance and reliability.

- Stay up-to-date with the Flutter ecosystem and best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.

- Proven experience in developing and deploying cross-platform applications for iOS and Android.

- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices for mobile applications.

- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git (essential).

- Proficiency with IDEs like Android Studio and VS Code.

- Understanding of Agile Software Development Life Cycle and experience working in Scrum projects.

- Comfortable using test cases for debugging, performance enhancement, and reliability.

- Solid understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript (beneficial).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
