MERN Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

- We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a deep understanding of front-end and back-end development.

- The candidate should be passionate about building scalable web applications and working in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Work with databases (MongoDB or other NoSQL databases) for efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or similar technologies.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing and integration testing.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve user experience.

- Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and manage CI/CD pipelines.

- Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure high performance and reliability.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in JavaScript, React, and Node.js.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Strong experience with JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript (preferred).

- Expertise in React.js (Hooks, Redux, Context API).

- Hands-on experience with Node.js & Express.js for backend development.

- Experience with RESTful APIs & GraphQL.

- Knowledge of MongoDB (Aggregation Framework, Indexing, Performance Optimization).

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Next.js for SSR/SSG.

- Knowledge of Microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and deployment automation.

- Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
