Job Description
- Plan, organize, and direct all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Manage construction teams and resolve conflicts.

- Review and approve engineering drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation.

- Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in construction site engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in engineering software.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with construction safety regulations.
