Finance & Accounts Controller - CA (7-8 yrs)

About:

- We are seeking a qualified Finance and Accounts Controller to manage international financial operations, with experience in IFRS and international finance.

- This role requires a proactive approach to financial reporting, international banking, and tax management, as well as compliance with regulatory standards.

- The candidate will play a critical role in financial statement preparation, project appraisal, and overseeing global accounts and funds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial statements following IndAS standards.

- Manage international finance and accounting matters, including IFRS compliance.

- Handle overseas accounts, funds, and international taxation.

- Collaborate with international banks (e., in Singapore, US, UK) for financial operations.

- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and manage project appraisals.

- Oversee management accounting, taxation, banking, and financing operations.

- Maintain effective communication and reporting with management and stakeholders.

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7-8 years of post-qualification experience in small to medium-sized firms or industries with multiple entities.

Required Skills:

- Expertise in IFRS and international finance and accounting.

- Familiarity with taxation, project appraisal, and banking practices.

- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management tools.

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

- Experience working with or in CA firms handling international entities or industries with multi-entity operations
