Senior RPA Developer - IT Automation (3-7 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Senior RPA Developer skilled in IBM RPA to design, develop, and implement automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, process automation, and system integration, particularly with SAP, IBM Datacap, APIs, and web-based applications.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy RPA solutions using IBM RPA aligned with business objectives.

- Act as a solution architect to design and implement scalable automation solutions.

- Evaluate and explore new RPA platforms and tools to enhance automation capabilities.

- Integrate IBM RPA with SAP, IBM Datacap, APIs, and web-based applications for seamless automation.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document processes.

- Create and maintain process design documents, solution design documents, and test plans.

- Mentor and guide internal RPA teams, monitoring their performance and ensuring project success.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Manage client expectations by communicating project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Contribute to the maintenance of RPA governance and compliance standards.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3 to 7 years of experience in IBM RPA development.

- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and best practices.

- Experience in process analysis, design, and implementation.

- Hands-on experience in solution architecture and system integration.

- Knowledge of Python, .NET, Java is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
