Job Title - Senior Program Manager(7I) Function - Employee Relations Shift - 1pm-10pm Location- Chennai Role Overview: The Employee Relations Lead is responsible for managing employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and performance improvement cases at the designated site. This role ensures that all employee relations activities are handled in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner.
