Role & responsibilities

• Manage billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices.
• Analyze and apply cash receipts to customer accounts efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Maintain records of financial transactions and prepare reports for management.
• Assist in the month-end close process and provide support during audits

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 year experience in billing and cash application functions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be comfortable working as an individual contributor

Shift: 1pm-10pm
