The selected candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in voice training & communication coaching. S/he should possess excellent communication skills and command over English language (written as well as spoken).
The incumbent should be well versed with the training needs identification, gap analysis process and creating remediation plans.
The candidate should have excellent training facilitation skills and knowledge of related administrative and data management tasks.
The V&A Trainer will be required to conduct sessions targeted to improve communication skills of the new hire associates at R1.
S/he will be responsible for managing the batch of new hires and taking care of linked responsibilities. S/he should have experience in developing targeted learning content basis the trainee performance gaps/needs and for maintaining the existing learning content to improve overall training effectiveness. Should be comfortable with call monitoring and preparing report outs for assigned trainees. Should have excellent coaching & feedback giving skills.
Perspective Responsibility
Training Delivery
Conduct new hire training (experienced & freshers) Adherence to training curricula & schedule
On-going training or targeted coaching on topics identified during training need identification Training Needs Identification & Floor Support
Conduct training needs identification for new hires in 0-3 months/or the assigned group of associates to identify any skill gaps
Floor support to new hires/during transitions/Nesting phase to ensure meeting on quality standards
Develop and document standardized policies and procedures with the guidance of leadership
Content Enhancement/ Development
Participate in content assessment, upkeep & maintenance
Build new exercises and skill practices for the aligned line of business
Stay abreast of industry best practices and new practices
Secondary Responsibilities
Participate in training projects & initiatives
Maintaining and publishing daily reports/administrative responsibilities
Manage any training logistics of the assigned batch
Establish self development plan and invest in building own expertise
Technical Skills
Experience in Communication Training
Facilitation Skill certified
Hands on in MS Office like: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Ability to use virtual communication platforms effectively like: Teams, Zoom, WebEx
Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline (minimum requirement)
Functional & Behavioral Skills
Strong facilitation & presentation skills for both in-person & virtual environments
Effective giving and taking feedback, coaching, and mentoring skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage varied trainee personality types
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and self-driven with a knack for continuously upskilling self
Team-player
