Your Role and Impact

As a Solution Architect at R Systems, you will be responsible for designing, Development, implementing, and managing telecom solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our team of engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that our telecom infrastructure meets the needs of our customers, both now and in the future..

Your Contribution

Software Architecture and Development

• Lead the design and implementation of software systems using microservices and containerized architectures.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
• Develop and debug APIs, focusing on Cloud API integration and microservice orchestration.
• Architect and deploy applications in virtualized and containerized environments using OpenStack, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Oversee software development efforts using languages like Java, C, Python, Ruby on Rails, React, and Golang, ensuring high automation and maintainability.
• Architect and optimize mobile core network systems, including platforms such as OSS/BSS, HSS/HLR, and Prepaid/Postpaid Billing.
• Design scalable solutions for mediation platforms, fraud management systems, and network elements like MMSC.
• Leverage expertise in protocols such as Diameter, SS7, SIP, HTTP/2, REST, SOAP, and LDAP for robust communication frameworks.
• Conduct end-to-end infrastructure assessments and create strategies for cloud-native or hybrid deployments.
• Guide the transition of legacy network systems to VNF, CNF, and microservice-based architectures.
• Lead the design of software systems using microservices and containerized architectures.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and oversee software development in Java, Python, Ruby, React, and Golang.
• Architect and deploy applications in virtualized environments using OpenStack, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand technical requirements, prepare RFPs, and create solution designs for customers.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and POC implementations.
• Guide clients, act as a technical advisor, and build strong customer relationships.
• Lead thought leadership initiatives by authoring white papers, blogs, and research articles.
• Design cloud-native solutions leveraging platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and OpenStack.
• Implement virtualization and containerization strategies to ensure optimal system performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot system issues and manage networking-related challenges (e.g., DNS, TCP/IP, and HTTP(S)).
