Data Advisor- Immediate Joiners

Looking for candidates with below experience.

• Effective communication skills for assisting customers and working with internal teams.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Expertise in a data analytics, data ops or data management role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Excel and data entry tools, along with an understanding of CRM and project management systems like Jira.
• Working understanding of ESG or sustainability reporting is preferred.

• Supporting bulk data imports, manual data entry, and addressing ongoing customer needs related to data management.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers on data collection and data inquiries, guiding them through data submission processes, and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of data submissions, customer communications, and data integrity checks for reference by internal stakeholders.
