Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer ( Automation)

Job Description:

We are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our cloud-based software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing test strategies, executing test plans, identifying defects, and improving overall product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test strategies and detailed test plans.
• Perform integration testing with product partners and software solutions.
• Maintain and enhance regression test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with development teams.
• Monitor product performance and adherence to quality standards.
• Review user interfaces for design compliance.
• Implement and analyze automated testing routines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2+ years in cloud-based software testing, test automation, and iterative development.
• Experience in healthcare software testing (preferred).
• Strong expertise in test strategy, automation, and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to isolate test failures in complex software environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams.
