About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SQL Database Administrator (SQL DBA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our SQL Server databases, ensuring high availability, security, and top performance.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Install, configure, and manage SQL Server databases in production and development environments.
✅ Monitor database health, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimize queries.
✅ Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity.
✅ Design and maintain database schemas, indexes, and stored procedures for efficiency.
✅ Ensure database security, user access control, and compliance with industry standards.
✅ Collaborate with developers and system administrators to improve database performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

🔹 Proven experience as a SQL DBA with hands-on expertise in SQL Server.
🔹 Strong knowledge of T-SQL, performance tuning, and query optimization.
🔹 Experience with backup & recovery strategies, high availability (HA), and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
🔹 Understanding of database security best practices and compliance requirements.
🔹 Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
🔹 Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
