Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop innovative routes for complex organic synthesis through multi step synthesis, process development, and optimization.
  
• Design and execute experiments to validate new processes and optimize existing ones.
  
• Prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for laboratory procedures and maintain accurate records of experiments.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to reaction conditions, solvent systems, and purification methods.
