Job Domain: Fixed Asset GL
Experience Level: 7-12 Years
Shift : Flexible to work in night shifts is mandatory (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
Days Off: Fixed Saturday and Sunday (Flexible to support on Saturday if required)
Location: Work from Office, Chennai - Nandanam

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand various accounting concepts (Accrual / Prepaid / Amortization) and apply them in their day to day work
2. Prepare month-end journal entries including accrual and adjustment journals
3. Prepare daily and monthly reconciliations and clear the variances, if any
4. Analyze P&L and Balance sheet items and prepare various MIS reports
5. Fixed Assets Addition / Transfer / Retirements activities along with reconciliations and reporting

Key Competencies

1. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
2. Good communication skills (speaking and written) to interact dynamically with stakeholders
3. Conversant with SAP & working with Legacy ERPs (AS400) is preferable
4. Excellent Team Contributor
5. Conversant with Blackline reconciliations
6. Exposure in excel automation (VBA) and Google products
