Document Specialist - Accounting

Role & responsibilities

• Complete all assigned jobs as per committed time, in an accurate and client specific manner.
• Raise any discrepancies in client supplied data with the Supervisor and Customer service team for appropriate client clarification.
• Keep your supervisor proactively informed of any delay in delivering job over internal committed time.
• Adhere to security and physical access procedures.
• Check on daily basis for feedback and work processed as per target.
• Ensure 100% compliance to set processes at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

Essential Qualifications: Fresh Graduate in Commerce

Technical Qualifications: Proficiency in typing and MS-Office

Work Schedule: Flexible to work in late evening, night and weekend shift
