Essential Qualifications: Graduate (in any discipline), Should have thorough knowledge on policy lifecycle, Experience in SOP creation methodology, Team handling, workflow management, SLA Management, Fluent in English language - both written and oral, Training experience, Prior experience in RCA/CAPA creation, Commercial Insurance domain awareness

Technical Qualifications: Technical know-how in MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications: Certification on CISR/AINS will be an added advantage

Experience: 4 to 10 Years of relevant work experience for Auto Insurance, Property & Casualty Insurance

Organization Structure: Reports to the Associate Client Manager

Work Schedule: Employees may be assigned to fixed or shifting work schedules, to be set / changed by Management, whenever needed, depending on business requirements. - Willing to work in US Shift timings and will be work from office

Roles & Responsibilities

• Communicating with the onshore Underwriters in case of process clarifications
• Responsible for submission clearance, policy issuance, endorsement processing, Renewal Processing, Invoice Generation
• Responsible to comprehend and demonstrate good customer service
• Attitude to clearly articulate the resolution
• Responsible to handle varied volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis
• Attends to administrative activities (team huddles, trainings, seminars)
• Attends calibration sessions to monitor process and quality updates
• Assist ACM in responding to escalations
• Give decisions in quality and queue management resolutions
• Acts as trainer and facilitates in process trainings
• Transaction processing and conduct quality audits for underwriting support teams
