Assistant Manager / Manager - Closing

Manage and oversee the closing operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.Supervise a team of closing specialists, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure high performance and productivity.Coordinate with internal departments, including underwriting, legal, and loan processing, to facilitate smooth and timely closings.Review closing documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Liaise with external parties, including lenders, attorneys, title companies, and real estate agents, to coordinate closing schedules and resolve any issues or discrepancies.Develop and implement closing procedures, checklists, and quality control measures to streamline processes and minimize errors.Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to closing processes and procedures.Analyze closing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.Provide support and assistance to customers, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding closing-related inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
