• Proven experience in sales with a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years.
• Extensive product knowledge (Mandatory skill) to effectively demonstrate and sell our software solutions to potential clients.
• Strong customer relationship management skills (Mandatory skill) to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to clearly convey product features and benefits.
• Salesmanship to confidently promote and sell our software products.
• Negotiation skills to successfully close deals and agreements.
• Market research abilities to identify potential markets and understand customer needs.
• Exceptional closing skills to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in the Plastic Tooling industry to sell our software solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
