Logistics & Operations Manager

• The Logistics & Operations Manager plays a crucial role within Quidich Innovation Labs, ensuring that all logistical aspects of the office run smoothly, enabling employees to perform their best and supporting the companys overall operational efficiency
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the inflow and outflow of office materials, ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with the companys goals
• This role involves overseeing the management of assets, coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements, and maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction through effective issue resolution and continuous process improvement

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the logistics of in-bound and out-bound office assets, including computers and related materials
• Ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of all office assets
• Arranging and managing travel logistics for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Handling any travel-related issues and ensuring that travel policies are adhered to
• Maintaining high employee satisfaction by promptly addressing any logistical or operational issues
• Implementing continuous improvements based on employee feedback to enhance office operations
• Ensuring accuracy in all documentation related to logistics, travel, and office management
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for efficient data analysis and workflow management
• Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of office materials and services
• Negotiating contracts and terms with vendors to optimize resources
• Leading and managing the logistics team, providing clear direction and resolving conflicts as needed
• Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Skills and Competencies

• Relevant degree or certification in office operations, logistics, cost management, cash flow forecasting, business administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in logistics, office management roles or operations roles, demonstrating effective task and workflow management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and operations
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, vendors, and stakeholders; strong negotiation skills for securing favorable terms with suppliers
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively, with strong conflict resolution abilities to maintain a positive work environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions and address logistical and operational challenges efficiently
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with organizational management softwares such as Zoho Projects, SAP or Zimyo
• In-depth understanding of logistics, process optimisation, vendor management, and negotiation tactics
• Focus on maintaining high employee satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and improving processes based on feedback
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing situations to ensure seamless operations
