Ensuring a seamless in-store customer experience and overseeing the order fulfillment processes for customers in store.
Implementing corporate policies and initiatives at the store level.
Working closely with buying and visual merchandising teams to ensure that the store is stocked with the right inventory and adheres to brands visual merchandising requirements.
Ensuring the implementation and development of CRM initiatives to develop a network of clientele for the store.
Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Store Manager role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are resourceful, driven, and are able to multi-task and manage store operations effectively.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
