Senior Lead Engineer - DR Design - 1A

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Good Understanding of Engineering Drawing, GD&T & Stack-up Analysis

- In-depth working knowledge of Aero/Gas turbine engine system, assembly, sub-assembly & parts

- Knowledge of Assembly & Dis-assembly of Aero Engine parts

- Experience on design reviews, MRB assessment & Repair substantiation

- Knowledge of Mechanical Calculations like Stress/ Kt, Fatigue, Fracture Mechanics, Creep, Overspeed, Buckling & Bolted joints

- Knowledge of various manufacturing techniques and also their application during component repair.

- Knowledge of various types of repairs which can be applied to components

- In-depth knowledge of various failure/ deterioration mechanisms leading to component/ system failures

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

- Teamcenter

- Experience on UGNX

- Knowledge on ANSYS

- Non Conformance Assessment

- Stack-up Analysis
