Center Manager

Plan the manpower requirement for the Centre and participate in recruitment activities in co-ordination with HR

*Co-ordinate the different programs under the Centre, monitor delivery of projects as per schedule and ensure on time delivery of projects to the client

*VBU and PgMP Compliance

Manage and extend existing customer relationships to acquire new projects for the Centre

*Ensure operational efficiency and optimum resource utilization in the delivery of projects and monitor yield and utilization regularly

*Identify and adhere to quality and technical standards in the delivery of projects of the Centre

Appraise and coach subordinates to improve their performance and develop their competencies

Comply with all Quest policies and relevant timelines

Adhere to process timelines in recruitment and performance management
