Specialist - BIA

Be a trusted business partner by closely working with Horizontal teams. Provide actionable insights through Data Analysis of Open Positions, CPD, Rotation, Proactive Hiring etc to the stakeholders. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on operational parameters and publish it to the Horizontal teams. Forecasting and Budgeting of operational/financial parameters of Horizontal teams. Collaborate with cross functional teams to cater the requirements of Horizontal Teams. Support on any ad-hoc requirements for the Operations Controllership department. To work on any special projects for the Operations Controllership department.

4 to 8 years of experience in Operations and financial analysis / MIS reporting. Strong analytical , communication and problem solving skills. Having good undestanding of delivery operations, Quest Global processes. Experience in working with large volumes of data, good in number crunching and having attention to detail. Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Excel. Good Presentation skills. Experience in creating Power BI Dashboards. Ability to work individually with minimal supervision and also be a team player.
