Embedded Software Lead

Core Development Skills:

Strong experience in designing and implementing critical embedded product development using C, C++, Rust, and Linux.

Proficient in system design and development of scalable, modular applications.

Device Interaction:

Expertise in developing components that interact with devices and control system components using low-level protocols.

Networking and Communication:

Hands-on experience with networking and communication systems in embedded environments, control systems, and IoT domains.

Message Formats:

Familiarity with message formats such as JSON, Syslog, CEF, and LEEF.

Hardware and Network Knowledge:

Understanding of network, device, and hardware topology.

Protocols and Standards:

Familiarity with protocols such as EMP, Class C, Class D, HTTPS, LLDP, SNMP, IPC, and TCP.

Network Protocols and Infrastructure:

Experience working with embedded Linux and network protocols/services such as firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, HTTP, SSH, SFTP, FTP, TFTP, SNMP, DHCP, MQTT, MQTTS, and NTP.

Containerization and DevOps:

Experience with containerization using Yocto and DevOps practices.

Cybersecurity:

Exposure to cybersecurity concepts, standards, and techniques, including encryption, message integrity, hashing, and CATO (Certificate Authority and Trust Operations).

This role is ideal for individuals comfortable with embedded development for high-performance systems and integrating various networking, security, and communication protocols.

Team management skill for the Lead role
