Piping Engineer - 2D Drafter

1. Minimum of bachelordegree in Engineering discipline
2. Minimum experience of 4-6 years in oil gas projects as Piping Engineer
3. Review of existing line class specification
4. Knowledge on AutoCAD Plant 3D software
5. Exposure to Navisworks and Smart plant review software
6. Prepare/Review of Isometric drawing
7. Prepare/Review of General arrangement Drawing and Plot plan
8. Preparation of RFQ documents
9. Preparation of MTO
10. Perform review of PID
11. Perform technical bid evaluation
12. Preparation of Man-hour estimation
13. Knowledge on international codes and standards
14. Knowledge on Stress analysis using CAESAR is an added advantage
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We are currently seeking a skilled AutoCAD 2D Drafter to join our team at Quest Global, a leading company in the Energy industry. As an AutoCAD 2D Drafter, you will play a crucial role in our organization by creating accurate and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Create 2D drawings and layouts based on provided sketches, blueprints, or verbal instructions.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, complete, and adhere to industry standards.
- Review and revise drawings as necessary to incorporate changes or modifications.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of all drawings and related information.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD software and industry trends to enhance drafting techniques.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an AutoCAD 2D Drafter or similar role.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD software to create technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.
- Solid understanding of drafting techniques, standards, and symbols.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of the Energy industry is a plus.
