• Minimum 15+ years of professional Experience\u00C2
• Planning and project management responsibility for the architecture trade within general planning and EPCM projects\u00C2
• Development and planning of innovative architectural solutions and designs in the field of object planning with a focus on service in Concept/ Basic and Detail Design phases for complex projects, buildings and facilities in the high-tech industry\u00C2
• Content-related and organizational leadership responsibility for expert planning teams in the field of architecture
• Management of the planning process in general planning projects as well as higherlevel content coordination and interface to internal and external planning stakeholders
• Advising our customers as well as sparring with internal departments regarding planning processes\u00C2
• Successfully completed studies in architecture or a comparable qualification\u00C2
• Several years of in-depth professional experience in a comparable position with planning or project management responsibility at a general planning company\u00C2
• In-depth knowledge of property planning as well as special knowledge in the field of cleanroom planning desirable\u00C2
• Knowledge and experience in integral model-based planning desirable\u00C2
• Fluent in written and spoken English\u00C2
• Willingness to travel on a project-related basis\u00C2
• Independent, conceptual, structured, and cross-discipline work\u00C2
• Solution-oriented negotiation skills as well as a good feel for people and facts\u00C2
• Advanced project management Skills (Budgets , Scheduling , Steering etc)\u00C2
• Quality Management Experience\u00C2
• Autocad Revit Experience\u00C2
• Experience in Bim Coordination
