Senior Engineer|3D modelling using NX

Work Location : Whitefield (Bangalore)

Mode of Work : Work from Office (5 Days)

Experience & Qualification:

- Experience in Packaging Planning / Containerization for areas such as Assembly, BIW, Powertrain / Battery

- Should have experience in Automotive OEM or Tier-1

- Good understanding of Body, Assembly, Battery & Powertrain packaging areas

- Good understanding of end to end packaging planning processes and series implementation

- Should have working knowledge of PLM (Team Center), 3D/2D Design experience, NX knowledge preferred, Excel, PowerPoint

- Should strong Communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibility:

- Container/Rack Design for preplanning (concept) and series (production) for BIW, Assembly Parts, PT, Battery

- Diverse Packing methods and materials Knowledge

- Packaging / Container Optimization methods

- PFEP (plan for every part) and ULT studies

- Rack/Container detailed design and drawing preparation for Manufacturing

- Knowledge of different Packaging manufacturing processes and REC for the same

- Out of the box thinking for packaging

- Knowledge of logistics friendly design requirements is desirable

- Flair for digitalization / digital transformation will be an added advantage

- Responsible for project management, documentation and stakeholder management.

Skill required:

- Knowledge of German language is highly desirable

- Self-motivated and able to deliver with quality
