About the Role:

As a Data Analyst - Talent Research, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition efforts through data-driven insights. You will leverage your analytical skills to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable recommendations to optimize our recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze various data sources, including applicant tracking system (ATS) data, market research, and performance metrics.
• Talent Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks to identify top talent pools.
• Candidate Sourcing Optimization: Develop and implement data-driven sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates efficiently.
• Performance Metrics Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition, such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and cost per hire.
• Data Visualization: Create clear and informative visualizations (e.g., dashboards, charts) to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Predictive Analytics: Utilize predictive modeling techniques to forecast future talent trends and identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide data-backed recommendations and support decision-making.

Work Experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in data science/Statistics/HR Analytics or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and metrics.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and effectively.
