Senior Software Engineer _Full Stack Developer

Job Requirements

• Lead conception, design, development and maintenance of cutting edge Web, desktop applications and Middleware from scratch that are robust, scalable and secure.
• Continuously explore new technologies and best practices to bring best user experience to life, reduce technical debt and maintain highest standards of code quality.
• Enhance frontend and backend designs continuously to improve maintainability, testability and performance of backend services.
• Design & integrate Cloud and other 3rd party SDK/API as required.
• Develop internal tools to automate and test various BMS solutions.
• Work hand-in-hand with UI/UX designers to transform cutting edge designs into intuitive, responsive applications.
• Deliver well-organized and documented code and participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality.
  
  Qualifications
  
  
• B.S. required (M.S. preferred) in computer engineering or computer science disciplines.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in building middleware, desktop and web applications.
• Extensive programming experience in Nodejs and at least one additional backend programming language (e.g. Java, Go) to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code.
• Extensive experience in TypeScript/Javascript in working with modern frontend frameworks like Svelte, Next.js, Vue.js, React or another comparable framework.
• Proficient in Python for scripting, automation and API implementation.
• Extensive experience with cross platform package managers like Electron or tauri.
• Working experience with gRPC, Websockets and REST APIs
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) as well as NoSQL Databases (e,g, MongoDB, Cassandra, ElasticSearch ) .
• Experience in building UI elements from Figma design using  HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience in building multi-threaded and concurrent C++ middleware with integration native libraries for Windows. 
• Experience in agile CI/CD workflows (project maintenance in JIRA and Github using Jenkins workflows or similar technologies)
• Extensive experience in object-oriented design skills, knowledge of design patterns, and huge passion and ability to design intuitive module and class-level interfaces
• Experience with Cloud Native development with AWS , Azure and GCP.
• Knowledge of security practices and data protection measures.
• Excellent coding skills  passion for clean code and elegant user experiences, should be able to convert the design into code fluently
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to clearly articulate complex software topics and influence decisions based on sound engineering fundamentals
• Well organized with attention to detail, accuracy, and target audience
• Able to creatively problem-solve engineering and business challenges, many times concurrently.
• A strong understanding of backend architectures, microservices, performance optimization, and best practices.
