About the Role:
The Programme Associate has to ensure all the on- eld implementation of the Programme and have a direct engagement with the relevant stakeholders like the ITIs faculty, students, parents and the district officials. The programme associates work with the support of the programme coordinator (PC) and the dotted line manager in four of the assigned districts and support the team (Facilitator/Fellows) to implement the program and document it as well.
Program Implementation and Delivery:
To ensure the programme in implementing in the respective district with support from the coordinator and programme dotted line manager
To work in close coordination with facilitator/fellows and the ITI faculties, Jharkhand (DET) Director of Employment and Training and girls students to ensure all processes as per the programme design are being followed and implemented
To be the primary contact person for all eld level activities and information and demonstration support to the field level staff (Facilitator/fellows).
To create the community & school level awareness on ITI admission to support women s enrollment in women+co-ed ITI.
Focused training implementation on Employability skills and career development for women learners.
Enabling digital learning environment
The trained learners are provided with placement support & opportunity to engage with industry over the course of the training.
Engaging with the learners family twice a year, one to set the context to their journey at ITI and another to engage family employers to address career options.
To organize the Leadership development for the ITI Principals to co-create vision for women ITI and define a roadmap for the next 2 years.
Setting up of student led hubs. Ex. career club/Placement Cell
To support the young women entrepreneurship program/self employment programme for the Girls.
To ensure the Student Hub are functioning smoothly and provide support to the program facilitators/Fellows
Training and Capacity Building of Placement officer , ITI Trainers , and field team with the support of training officer /program officer.
Ensuring the exposure visit of the learners with the support of placement officers and its team.
To lead and facilitate refresher trainings as per the requirement
To conduct monthly review meetings with the eld team and share the action points with the coordinator and dotted line manager.
Relationship Management - Stakeholders (Internal and External)
To organize regular meetings with the ITI Trainers and discuss the performance of the students and come up with a plan
Regularizing monthly meetings of the field implementation facilitator/Fellow.
To conduct the district level events and workshops and ensuring the participation of the stakeholders by building good relationships and rapport with them throughout the year.
Organize the community awareness program and engage with the communities regularly to ensure the women participation in ITI s.
Reporting;
Identifying the best practices and stories from the eld, sharing them with communication lead regularly
To Share the monthly work and activities updates in the form of reports with the Communication team
To support and ensure all data are to be collected regularly and on time are done by the facilitators/Fellows.
Collecting the data of students, parents and relevant stakeholders and share the same with the M&E team
To maintain database of students trainings, workshops and other relevant information from the eld with support from the M&E team
Ensure the monitoring data reaches the M&E focal point on time.
Use the appropriate M&E tools for reporting.
Ensure the conduct of baseline, endline, and other assessments as per the requirements.
Ensure student data is updated in the central database.
Ensure trainers and principals at the institute know about our work through simple monthly reports.
Provide regular written and verbal reports tracking progress against the work plan and implementation schedules.
Ensure all the program report, including case studies and photographs, reaches the M&E focal point at the stipulated time.
Documentation of center, trainer, and student success stories.
Participate and contribute to team meetings and reviews.
Support all reporting requirements, such as quarter reviews and annual reviews.
Ensure VTIs are aware of QUEST reporting requirements, follow up on the same, and document.
Ensure that event data is completed within 48 hours of the completion of the event and submitted with proper documentation of the session plan, participants list, report, and photographs.
Qualifications
A Master s degree in Social Work/Rural Management or other development disciplines, with 2-4 years of work experience preferably in the Education/Vocational Training sector
Good communication skills in English and regional Language.
Ability to draft compelling reports grounded in data
Ability to train facilitators and youths for the vocational training program
Candidate should be flexible, self motivated, enthusiastic, and an energetic team player
Knowledge of issues in the vocational training space and the social development sector in India.
Proficient in MS Office tools, and the Internet.

Qualifications

Salary: The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 32,000/- per month (cost to company)
