We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Bangalore.
This role is crucial for leading and mentoring a team of full-stack developers, driving the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications.

Responsibilities :
Leadership & Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Plan, assign, and track tasks, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support the professional growth of team members.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other stakeholders.
- Resolve technical and interpersonal conflicts within the team.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Technical Leadership & Development :
- Architect and design robust, scalable, and maintainable full-stack applications.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, ensuring the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions.
- Lead the development of complex features and functionalities using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js/Angular, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of applications.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in the planning and execution of sprints and releases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with databases, designing schemas and writing efficient queries.
Project Management & Collaboration :
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and risks.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 8 to 12 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of database systems (e., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with version control systems (e., Git).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Experience in agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with containerization technologies (e., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with serverless architectures.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices.
- Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
