Job Description
- Handle inbound inquiries from email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach, managing communication and follow-ups.
- Draft professional, persuasive emails and LinkedIn messages to engage prospects.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth coordination between inbound inquiries and the sales closers.
- Track and update the status of leads, ensuring they move through the pipeline.
- Assist in tracking performance metrics of campaigns and providing insights for improvement.
- Follow up with deals until a call is successfully booked with the closer.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge or interest in the fundraising and capital-raising industry is preferred.
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a fast-paced work environment.
- A reliable internet connection and access to a working laptop are a must.
