Billing Engineer For Construction Company-urgently Required

We are seeking an experienced Billing Engineer to manage the billing processes for our construction projects, including both client and contractor billing, from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and working closely with project teams & Client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client and contractor billing processes throughout the construction project lifecycle.
• Review and verify project progress and ensure billing reflects actual work completed.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions related to billing.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety codes, regulations, and standards
• Maintain detailed records of all billing activities, including payments and adjustments.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and forecasts related to project billing.
• Provide technical advice and support to project teams on construction-related issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or Diploma in Civil engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in construction company in Govt. Projects, preferably Railway, PWD, CPWD, MPWD Projects (Residential or Commercial Building and Road work) with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects
• The candidate should have a proven track record of managing government (Preferably Railway, PWD, CPWD, MPWD) projects and completed and handed over a minimum of 2-3 projects.
• Strong billing skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage resources.
• Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and standards, as well as industry best practices and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwares
• willingness to travel as needed
