URGENT OPENING FOR HR EXECUTIVE RECRUITER IN A IT SOFTWARE COMPANY FOR LOWER PAREL LOCATION

Designation:HR Executive Recruiter

Experience :1 to 3yrs

Location:Lower Parel

Salary:15k-25k

Notice Period:Immediate joiner to 15 days

Working Days:Alternate Saturday and Sunday week off

WORK FROM OFFICE

Interview Process:1 round

Required Skills:Knowledge on Job Portals and strong communication

Role and Responsibilities:-

Recognizing the manpower needs and taking them to the higher management for approval

Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms

Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules

Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates

Managing and handling the orientation of new employees

Requirements:-

Must have proven experience working as an HR executive or its equivalent.

Experience of End-to-End recruitment and sourcing

Having familiarity with the human resource software and applicant tracking system.

Experienced with recruiting and its full cycle.

Having leadership qualities and abilities.

Strong communication skills.
