UX/UI Designer IV

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the user experience design team to understand and implement designs created in Figma.
• Ensure UI designs align with design system standards and effectively use design system components.
• Participate in engineering, product, and design scrums, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines.
• Maintain and enhance existing React systems, including bug fixes and performance improvements.
• Design and develop new custom components to meet project-specific requirements.
• Install, configure, and manage server environments for React deployments.
• Update and manage project dependencies, resolving any conflicts.
• Work with JavaScript developers and software engineers to build robust, scalable front-end and back-end architectures.
• Develop and integrate APIs to support the application architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency with the latest versions of ECMAScript (JavaScript), HTML, and CSS.
• Expertise in React and associated tools within the React ecosystem, including Node.js and npm.
• Familiarity with Redux, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, Git repositories, IDEs, and remote deployment tools.
• Deep understanding of fundamental React principles, including React components, hooks, and the React lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working within a design system framework.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Knowledge of modern software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
