UI/UX Developer (Figma & React/Angular)

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer/Developer, you will be responsible for designing and

developing intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for both mobile and desktop

applications. These applications will be powered by AI-driven backend systems hosted on the

cloud. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including AI developers, backend

engineers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration between the user interface

and the AI-driven features.

You will play a key role in enhancing the overall user experience by ensuring that our end users

have a smooth, efficient, and engaging interaction with AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for both mobile and desktop applications.

Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and improve design iterations.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs that align with the brand

and user needs. Ensure consistency and best practices across the user interface and

experience.

• Collaborate with product teams to define features and ensure a smooth user experience

from start to finish. Work closely with AI developers and backend engineers to ensure

smooth integration of AI-driven features into the UI.

• Ensure that the UI and AI backend communicate seamlessly to provide users with a

responsive and intuitive experience. Help translate complex AI functionality into easy-to-

understand visual and interactive elements.

• Understand and work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) for UI/UX

considerations, ensuring scalability and performance. Optimize front-end performance to

handle cloud-based processing, focusing on responsiveness and efficiency.

• Apply user-centered design principles to build user interfaces that are simple,

accessible, and efficient.

• Regularly update designs based on analytics, user feedback, and iterative testing.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX,

cloud computing, and AI. Contribute to the overall development of design systems and

style guides.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing user interfaces for mobile and desktop applications.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks like

React, Vue.js, or Angular.

• Experience integrating with APIs and understanding how frontend systems communicate

with backend services. Ability to design UIs that can handle and display data efficiently

from APIs, and handle different response types (JSON, XML, etc.).

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and API authentication (OAuth, JWT).

• Experience working with developers to ensure seamless front-end-backend

communication and troubleshooting issues that arise during integration.

• Familiarity with npm (Node Package Manager) for managing frontend libraries and

dependencies. Understanding of Node.js to collaborate effectively with backend teams

and understand server-side functionalities, especially when working on server-side

rendering or API communication.

• Understanding of any of the one cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and how cloud-

based services interact with frontend applications. Experience with backend

technologies and working in a cloud-native environment.

• Clear and effective communication skills, especially in explaining design decisions and

backend requirements to both technical and non-technical team members
