Research Assistant Insilico

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Research Assistant with an MTech in Bioinformatics or Computational Chemistry to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 0.5 to 4 years of experience and will play a crucial role in supporting both industrial and academic projects.

As a Research Assistant (In Silico), you will play a crucial role in supporting computational biology and bioinformatics research. You will assist in the analysis of large biological datasets, development of computational models, and interpretation of results.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Visualization:
Analyze large-scale biological datasets using bioinformatics tools and programming languages like Python, R, or MATLAB.
Utilize statistical methods to identify trends and patterns in data.
Create visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Computational Modeling:
Develop and implement computational models to simulate biological processes.
Utilize molecular dynamics simulations, machine learning, or other relevant techniques.
Validate and refine models to ensure accuracy and predictive power.
Literature Review:
Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to stay updated on the latest research trends.
Identify relevant publications and critically evaluate their findings.
Laboratory Support:
Assist with laboratory experiments as needed, such as sample preparation and data collection.
Collaborate with experimental biologists to integrate computational and experimental approaches.
