Guest Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Coordination:
1. Coordinate the scheduling media interaction of Guests. This includes Invite as well as Follow-ups ahead of Media Interaction.
2. Supporting the team in getting the Guest to join the meeting and monitor seamless support during the meeting
3. Maintain a guest list and plan calendar ahead of time with active back-ups
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
1. Serve as the main point of contact for all guest inquiries, ensuring professional, timely, and clear communication.
2. Communicate any changes or updates regarding guest schedules to both internal teams and external guests.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
1. Keep detailed records of all guest interactions, visit outcomes, and feedback.
2. Provide reports on guest visits, tracking key metrics such as guest satisfaction, feedback, and potential business opportunities Key Skills:
o Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
o Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
o Strong customer service orientation.
