Role & responsibilities 1. Job Title: Quantity Surveyor.

2. Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for reviewing pre-bid tender documents, estimating/quantities for road work and all bridge works, analysing terms & conditions of tender, post tender submission activities. Preparation of bill of quantities for Railway Projects, Highways & structures, typical cross sections and detailed drawings using Auto CAD. Calculating major materials required for projects, change of scope proposals, and documentation of records. Verifying and certifying the subcontractor bills and other works as assigned by your superiors.

Note* : Preference shall be given to the people who has got minimum 2 years of experience in calculating quantities for EPC projects ( Railway & High way ).
