Job Description
- End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Oversee the implementation and services delivery of our AI-led product for BFSI clients, ensuring seamless execution.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic advisor to customer teams, ensuring smooth integration, timely deployments, and high satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a 50+ member team across engineering, product, customer success, and operations.
- AI Product Rollouts: Drive large-scale AI deployments to business users and operational teams, ensuring adoption and impact.
- Business Process Optimization & Automation: Leverage AI-driven text mining capabilities to automate and optimize business process flows for BFSI customers.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Define delivery roadmaps, optimize feature rollouts, and align teams with evolving AI advancements.
- Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution: Develop proactive frameworks to handle risks, delays, and challenges in product implementations.
- AI, Cloud & Application Modernization Expertise: Leverage AI-driven efficiencies, generative AI, and automation to enhance service delivery on Cloud based Software.
- 13+ years of experience in product services delivery, preferably in AI, BFSI, or enterprise tech.
- Proven ability to manage 50+ member teams, work across multiple functions, and drive high-impact product implementations.
- Experience in large-scale AI product rollouts, cloud-based AI platforms, and application modernization.
- Strong background in agile delivery models, enterprise-scale deployments, and multi-client implementations.
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment handling end-to-end product functions is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance, banking, and financial services is a plus but not mandatory.
