Devops Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer to support, manage, and enhance our infrastructure and connectivity solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in networking, system administration, and cloud services. Experience with Azure is a plus. This role requires a blend of technical skills and the ability to manage complex infrastructure projects with minimal supervision. This position requires full-time, in-office work in Indore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, public/private IP configurations, DNS, and Active Directory.
• Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot storage solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and development teams to ensure seamless integration and performance across systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Automate and streamline processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in infrastructure, network management, or DevOps engineering.
• Proficient in networking fundamentals, including LAN, IP configurations, DNS, and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with operating systems (Windows and Linux) and network security protocols.
• Strong coding/programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash. • Experience with setting up and managing virtual networks and storage solutions.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex connectivity issues and optimize network performance.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure cloud services is a plus.
• Certifications in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are highly desirable.
• Experience working in or supporting environments within the financial sector.
• Familiarity with other cloud providers (AWS, GCP) and hybrid cloud solutions
