- Meeting daily expectations and KPIs with efficiency and quality

- Report completed tasks to the Team Leader and escalate any issues if required
- Ensure accuracy and error-free work while maintaining full attendance as required by the client and operations
Job Specifications:
- Fresh graduates from any discipline.
- Good understanding of English (Reading, Writing, and Communication)
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and Google Suite.
- Efficient in internet research, with the ability to gather information from web-based platforms quickly.
- Detail-oriented with strong observation skills
- Basic problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate
- Willingness to adjust to new situations and handle changes effectively.
- Flexibility to work on weekends if required in case of emergencies (additional compensation will be provided).
