Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our payment solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in fintech/Banking and a passion for building innovative products that meet the evolving needs of businesses and consumers in the digital payments space. You will be responsible for product lifecycle management, from ideation to execution, for solutions that streamline transactions and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy Roadmap:

Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and market needs, specifically around QR code payments, payment gateways, UPI payments, connected banking, and transaction banking.

Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new product development.

Product Development Execution:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to drive the end-to-end product development process.

Define product requirements, create feature prioritization, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

Stakeholder Management:

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and requirements for product improvements.

Coordinate with banks, payment networks, and other industry partners to ensure seamless integrations and partnerships that enhance product capabilities.

Market User Research:

Conduct regular market research and user feedback sessions to understand product performance and identify enhancement opportunities.

Leverage insights from research to ensure that product offerings meet customer expectations and industry standards.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Use data analytics to monitor product performance, track KPIs, and drive product enhancements based on insights.

Ensure that all product decisions are informed by data, with an emphasis on user experience and customer satisfaction.

Compliance Security:

Stay informed about regulatory and security standards in the fintech and payments sectors.

Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all products meet industry regulations and security protocols.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on the fintech or financial technology industry.

Proven expertise in developing and managing payment solutions, particularly in QR code, payment gateways, UPI, connected banking, and transaction banking products.

Strong understanding of digital payment systems, including transaction flows, integration with banking systems, and payment compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Analytical mindset, with experience in using data-driven methodologies to influence product development.

Strong project management skills with experience in Agile and Lean methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or Master s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

Hands-on experience with APIs related to payment processing or transaction banking.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards in fintech, such as PCI-DSS, ISO 20022.
