Role & responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content teams.
• Optimize on-page content, meta tags, and website structure to improve search engine rankings.
• Build and execute link-building strategies, including outreach and partnerships.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with business goals.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO and search engine algorithm changes.
• Achieve and maintain agreed-upon search ranking and traffic goals
• Ensure compliance with search engine guidelines
• Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
• Manage SEO campaigns within timelines.
• Accountable for maintaining website health and adhering to search engine guidelines.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress Pocketbase, etc).
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
• Familiarity with technical SEO aspects, including site audits, schema markup, and page speed optimization.

Educational Qualification Required:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum Experience Required: 5-8 years of proven experience in SEO
